Improvement measures for PCB short circuit
The main reason is that the film line is scratched or the coated screen is blocked by garbage, and the coated anti-plating fixed position exposes copper to cause PCB short circuit.
1. Film film must not have trachoma, scratches, etc. The film surface should be facing up when placed, and it should not be rubbed with other objects. The film film should be operated when facing the film surface. After use, load the appropriate film in time. Store in a film bag.
2. The medicine film faces the PCB board surface during alignment. Pick up the film diagonally with both hands when you take the film. Do not touch other objects to avoid scratching the film surface. You must stop the registration when each film reaches a certain number. Inspected or replaced by a special person, and stored in a suitable film bag after use.
3. Operators must not wear any decorative objects such as rings, bracelets, etc. The nails must be trimmed and kept slippery, and no debris on the surface of the countertop must be kept clean and smooth.
4. Strict inspection must be carried out before the production of screens to ensure that there are no gaps in the screens. Sampling is often carried out when coating the wet film to check whether the screens are blocked by garbage. When there is no printing after a period of time, the screen should be printed a few times before printing to make the thinner in the ink fully dissolve and solidify the ink to ensure smooth screen oil leakage.
