2. Sending machine

a. Check if the SMT placement program name is correct (consistent with the stack table)

b. Check whether the refueling record is inscribed and correct, and let the quality control personnel inspect the materials in time.

a. Check the condition of the three pieces of the processed PCBA board

b. Check whether there is a corresponding SOP in the inspection and whether the inspector is operating according to the SOP

c. Check the grounding condition of the ESD and the wearing condition of the electrostatic gloves of the inspectors

d. Check if there is any sample and sample label in the inspection department.

a. Check the temperature setting of each area of the SMT reflow oven

c. Check whether the furnace temperature test of the produced machine is done.

General inspection station

a. Check the processing status of three SMT patches after the furnace

b. Check the inscription status of the general inspection reports

c. Check the grounding condition of the ESD and the wearing condition of the electrostatic gloves of the general inspector

d. Check the difference between the defective product and the good product and mark it correctly.

e. Check whether the SOP and the general inspector have the corresponding SOPs

f. Check whether the first sample and the model are correctly labeled at the general inspection office.

Seven. Repair station

a. Check if there is SOP in the maintenance office and whether the personnel are working according to the SOP

b. Check if the set temperature of the repair equipment such as the hot iron gun is within the specified range

c. Check if the three pieces of repaired PBA meet the patch standard

d. Check the distinction between good and bad products, place the label correctly, etc.

e. Check the grounding condition of the ESD and the wearing condition of the electrostatic ring of the maintenance worker's electrostatic gloves

f. Check if the maintenance report is inscribed

Eight. ICT test station

a. Check if the ICT test program name is correct.

b. Check whether the tested and untested products are placed separately

c. Check if there is a corresponding SOP and whether the personnel are operating according to the SOP

d. Check whether the maintenance records of the machine are inscribed

Nine. Others

a. Check if the "Pbfree" and "NonPbfree" signs on the line are correct.

b. Check whether the products in the area to be inspected are regularly placed and marked correctly.

c. Sample check (note that the blue protective film on the Logitech lead-free model needs to be torn off the lead machine and do not tear)
